Every cup we pour carries the weight of the water it was roasted beside — the salt air, the early morning, the slow patience of the tides.
Harbor Roasters was founded in 2018 by two fishermen's kids who grew up watching their parents leave before dawn. We built a place where that ritual continues — where the first light of morning finds you with something warm in your hands.
We source directly from small farms, roast in small batches, and serve every cup within two weeks of roast. The water matters too: we filter to the mineral profile of the Ethiopian highlands for our espresso.
